All orders are handmade with care. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipping. During busy seasons (holidays), processing may take up to 7 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Important: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns on custom items. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

When We Accept Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns or provide refunds in the following cases:

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or broken
  • Defective Products: If there is a manufacturing defect
  • Wrong Item: If you received the wrong product
  • Our Error: If we made a mistake with your personalization

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  3. Include your order number and photos of the issue
  4. We will respond within 24-48 hours with next steps

Refund Process

Once we approve your return request:

  • We may send a replacement item, or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • It may take an additional 3-5 days for the refund to appear on your statement

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized items (unless defective or damaged)
  • Items that have been used or worn
  • Items returned after 30 days

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Look in alternative delivery locations (porch, garage, etc.)
  3. Contact your local post office or carrier
  4. File a claim with the shipping carrier

We recommend adding shipping insurance for valuable orders or choosing a delivery option that requires a signature.
